These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pulse ("Pulse", "we", "us", or "our") and its application and services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

Pulse lets you monitor topics of interest and receive real-time updates and briefings drawn from public and third-party sources. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may sign in using email or a supported provider such as Google.

Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a paid subscription (Pulse Plus). Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Information Accuracy

Pulse aggregates information from third-party sources and AI-assisted summaries. While we strive for accuracy, the Service is provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision, including matters of safety, health, finance, or emergencies. Always verify critical information with official sources.

Acceptable Use

  • Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
  • Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute content in a way that violates these Terms or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content we provide, is owned by Pulse and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
